Privacy notice

Neuri LLC (5818 W Raymond St, Phoenix, AZ 85043, USA; hola@neuri.tech) is responsible for the personal data collected at neuri.marketing (the free tools, the waitlist and the service for businesses).

What we collect

• Waitlist: name, email, business name, industry, the social networks you use and, optionally, your WhatsApp.
• Business clients: business details (name, city, industry, colors, tone, WhatsApp or form contact), the logo and photos you send us, and the posts we prepare and you approve.
• Facebook and Instagram connection: if you connect your page we store its id and name, the linked Instagram professional username, the id of the Meta account that connected it and the page token, encrypted. We never see your Facebook password.
• Comments and direct messages your accounts receive (only if you connect Meta): the username or id of the sender, the text, the date, whether it looks like a potential customer and whether it was answered. We handle them on behalf of your business, only to show them to you and help you reply; we don't use them for anything else, don't send them to the AI and don't share them.
• Contact links on each post: we only count how many times they are tapped; we don't store who taps them or their IP, and use no cookies for it.
• The free tools (guide, checkup, templates, reel ideas, replies and brand) don't store your answers.

Why we use it

Required purposes: giving you access to the service, preparing your calendar and captions, publishing what you approve to your accounts, sending you your posts report and replying to you. Secondary purpose: emailing you when we open spots or the service has news; you can opt out with the "Unsubscribe" link in every email or at hola@neuri.tech, without affecting the rest. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service on our behalf: Railway (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Meta (to publish to your page and Instagram when you approve it) and Anthropic (the AI model that suggests other versions of a caption, only when that feature is on; it receives the caption and your brand details, not your customers' data, and under its API terms doesn't train on them). All are in the US. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the font.

How long

The waitlist, until you ask to leave or after 24 months of inactivity. A business client's data, while it uses the service and up to 12 months after; unused photos are deleted automatically. Comments and messages, up to 12 months after they arrive. If you remove the Meta connection, the token is deleted right away.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent by emailing hola@neuri.tech from the address you gave us. We reply within 20 business days. To delete the Facebook or Instagram connection go to Delete my data.

Cookies

Public pages use no tracking or advertising cookies. Only the Neuri team uses a temporary cookie (10 minutes) when connecting a Meta page, so the connection can't be forged.

Minors

The service is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If this notice changes we publish it here with the new date and, for important changes, email business clients.
