You can remove it yourself anytime: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), choose neuri.marketing and tap Remove. Meta notifies us and we immediately delete the connection and its token; you get a code to check the status on this page.
To delete your waitlist spot, your business details, logo, photos and posts, email hola@neuri.tech with the subject “Delete my data” from the address you gave us. We do it within 20 business days and confirm by email.
